NAED Accreditation
Trained and certified by the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch (NAED)® to conduct accreditation site evaluations, Priority Dispatch consultants are uniquely qualified to assist your center in obtaining NAED Accreditation following the comprehensive implementation of the EPDS. As an NAED Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE), your communications center will have been reviewed and found in compliance with all national and international standards, significantly reducing the likelihood of dispatch-related litigation. Furthermore, accreditation is tangible evidence of management's commitment to excellence, and also helps prepare for the opportunity to interface with managed care. |

Managed Care
In response to the special need of emergency communications centers (9-1-1, 0-0-0, 9-9-9, 1-1-2, etc.), mobile medical services providers, and medical call centers, PDC consultants ensure that the specialized needs of each client are met. As health care delivery continues to be reengineered, PDC specialists have implemented dispatch solutions that permit the integration and transfer of patients to managed care centers (nurse triage) for alternative care.
